It's not so difficult:
You buy a game
You rip it to your computer (with the help of your PSP)
You play it on your computer (with the help of JPCSP)
This is (in my opinion) not illegal.
And this way is the only one supported here in the forum. If you don't have the game and do not own a PSP then you're out of luck.
