but i dont understand when i open a map , it is fast, 5 minutes later when i again open the same map, it is slower, there is no any program or application running at background. it is interesting

I am not sure it this will help you, but have you try using the Garbage Collector options on JPCSP Launcher? Maybe ConcMarckSweepGC will bring any difference.
