Experimental gamepad support in r2047

I forgot to DualShock3 gamepad - I use the drivers http://www.motioninjoy.com/

is work by bluetooth or usb

And posible Configuration :

- PS1 Mode No joysticks
- PS2 Mode POV and joystick
- Ps2 mode POV and joysticks and triggers
- PS3 mode for enabled inclination sensor (not work on jpcsp).
- Emulate xbox360 wireless drivers (if better for some buttons)
- Custom mode If Maped keys for emulate mouse/keyboard or other input (Recomended for now if not work analogics or others buttons)
