You probably mixed 32-bit and 64-bit.
I think the download on http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/ for Mac OSX is only for 32-bit. So, you will also need the 32-bit Java Runtime Environment.

Maybe can someone having also a Mac further help?
