Major issues with first-time use

Just enable (check) the following video settings:
-Use shaders
-Enable saving GE screen to textures ...
-Enable dynamic shader generation...

If you still have glitches, try enabling the other settings (but software rendering) one by one.

Tip: For extra performance, you can disable windows aero and audio enhancements(http://technicallyeasy.net/2010/09/how-t...windows-7/ )

And as I expected, it won't even start the game. This is what I get...
   

It won't even start the game if I don't check "Software Rendering." Maybe I have discovered a new bug. Version 07. It forces me to use "Software Rendering." And when I do, I get this...
