Java not installed or recognized

same problem

i got the latest java 7 32 bits installed and the last build ( Latest svn builds (2927)

i lunch the correct " start-windows-x86 " bat file but i still got http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2013...apture.png

i found a guy saying http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2013...apture.png , but when i right clic on it i got

http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2013...apture.png , so i u can see i got nothing with " jr6 to replace .....


plz help
