You should have no problems.Not all game will work full speed, but u will be able to play them at good speed.

And the GT630 is not the OEM version which means my GT630 is re-badged GT440.
Is that gonna slow things down?
Project Diva is going to work fast with proper configuration of emulator.
Also, check PPSSPP emulator. 
It can run Project Diva at 60 FPS even with some faster single core CPU (i say single core CPU because PPSSPP still don't use 2 cores, and i can reach full speed in most working games (there are not lot of working games yet) with my AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800+ 2,26GHz (OC'ed)..). Imagine what speed will my PC have when PPSSPP start using 2 cores.. I will be able to run every game at 60 FPS.
