Hello and thank you for stopping by to read my newb post. I couldn't find any answers with a basic search so any help would be appreciated.
Do changes made to the settings take effect immediately or only during boot-up? I can't seem to tell the difference when I change one setting or a whole bunch of settings, in terms of FPS and performance.
I will probably have more questions that I'm unable to find in a search or confirm on my own. Thanks.
