upgraded my card to sapphire hd 6770 and the same problem .. the low fps rate

i have tried windows 7 64x too .. was too bad

now using 7 86x - 11.6 catalyst

2211 jpcsp

same problem .. waiting 2212 - 11.7 Big Grin
