Black screen

I'm new in the world of emulation and I can not understand what's theproblem
I use the emulator Jpcsp on Mac Os X Mountain Lion with i7 processor and 8GB of DDR3 ram, when I load the image of the game (Patapon 3) I have no problems but then it remains a black screen and nothing happens.

What version of JPCSP are you using? try the latest:

Also, some day ago was released a new Java update (Build 1.7.0_21), it might fix the problem.
