i dont know because 
no one give ALL settings just give some or just video settings but im sure there are settings that arent of video but affect video like this!!!
even in the opcion to select 50 to 3000 i dont underestand what it is but some people say that (any number > 50) are bugged

Im not sure but i thinks its a setting problem but not only the emulator but java and jdk
