Ah, looks like it's a problem with the game itself.
Could you please change the "OFF" button to "DEBUG" now? Let the emulator run for a while and then close it. You will see a lot of text in the white window.
Then you'll see a file called "log.html" in JPCSP's folder. Please attach that file here so we can see what's wrong with the game. Thanks!
