The game decrypted but i want to fix error. It runs but this bug causes a bug with pc to slow emulator hard to explain. I think it's a programming bug that causes it sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.
Also with new test ppu update game runs hella fast tho even tho i get this buggy error. In-game is kinda faster and menu and loading screens are hundreds of FPS on here it's insane. But other games like sonic is super fast on this processor except the build doesn't have fix for sonic CD to help fix the black screen after hitting new game.
