but I remember I connect coldbird.net once a long time ago. upnp is enable at that time. the one who play NP with me is a PPSSPP user.(jpcsp Chat show his nick name, it have a "PPSSPP" sign )
BTW, someone from USA is using jpcsp hosting NP at coldbird.net this time.
Maybe it didn't change anything then... i've never played on coldbird.net using JPCSP before so i thought it was because of this new build (3677).
I'm hosting here using JPCSP for almost a day and no one showed up so far.
