Basically, you need to go to "Settings -> Core" and under "Load libraries" tick the box for "libsysutil_avconf_ext".
If you don't have the external modules, there's an explanation about them in RPCS3 for Newcomers
Most games require at least a few core libraries LLE loaded, testing games without them won't wield the best possible emulation scenarios. Common libraries to be loaded are libsre, libspurs, libresc and libfiber.
