The recompiler doesn't work with Skylake yet because rpcs3 uses and old version of LLVM.
Ok this was fixed now, wait 15 minutes for appveyor to compile.
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)
