This game was tested with revision 69298aa. Many of the issues listed in the first post still exist when attempting to play the game. For example, on OpenGL a lot of the graphics are still missing from the screen (3rd Screenshot, characters are also invisible in fights). Also, when entering a mode to select characters, the emulator can freeze (music still runs in the background as shown in the log but no response to any button presses).
When using the following configuration, the save/load screen has flickering at random moments (1st & 2nd Screenshot, game flickers at many other places such as Title Screen and at the beginning of the opening video):
On a general note, the selection box on the save/load screen is not aligned correctly (off to the left).
Using the External Software Renderer causes the game to become unresponsive at the Main Menu. If the user is quick enough to select an option, the graphics will flicker and disappear as the game becomes unresponsive. On OpenGL, only selecting the option "Use vertex cache" will allow some graphics to display with flickering (4th - 6th Screenshot).

[X] Enable dynamic shader generation (only relevant when using shaders, recommended for AMD/ATI)
