As Asbel1 said, it goes ingame now, thanks to changes in PR #3005.
Some issues are the same as Tales of Vesperia, like the menu background being only on half the screen (it even has this weird pixellating bug that I had on TOV, although not as bad)
Cel-shading (I suppose) is out of place
Blur effect during skits is "too close"
Text in some menus (shops, settings) does not appear (under Vulkan only, and only with Strict Rendering Mode)
Game runs at full speed, even though fps is not always as high as it should be.
FPS being too low causes sound issues in cutscenes (3D cutscenes, with subs on the bottom, not in bubbles), like sound effects played too soon and music stopping (because it believes the scene ended).
I haven't seen any game breaking bug, but I didn't go very far either.
EDIT: It needs Strict Rendering Mode. Also, the game seems to run a bit better if you set the frame limit at 30.
