Loadable with spinning icon in bottom right corner.

Build: v0.0.3-5-9ed1810 Alpha

Settings:
PPU - Interpreter (fast)
SPU - Interpreter (fast)
OpenGL
1280x720
VSync
XAudio

All graphics renderer's show the spinning icon except Vulkan which is just a black screen.
