A confuse on JCPSP (latest version)

Dodgy so I try to reconfigure, media engine
but still the intro dont play a sound or music
however, game overall still has sound effect, and music

Did you select the decode with sonic stage option in the media tab of the configurations? Did you move the tmp folder containing the previously decoded audio and video files?

I do have sonicstage 4.3 install. media search is activated. but I dont know anything about tmp containing the previously..... Huh
there is 3 file contain inside tmp
-> ULJM05093, ULJM05709, ULJS00241
what are that ?!
what shall i do with "tmp" ?
