I get 11-17 fps in-game

Have you reset the profile information when reaching in-game as explained in https://github.com/jpcsp/jpcsp/blob/mast...E.txt#L780 . This would help to better identify the reason for the poor performance.

Have you tried to set the log level to ERROR to avoid those messages and verify if the performance impact is maybe related to them?
I set the log level to ERROR, 55-60 fps now
