Download the latest version from http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/

Use 32bit version of jpcsp even if you are running windows 64bit.

Check http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=1004 and http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=976 for optimal settings.
