MAME for ALL iOS devices (iPad,iPhone,iPod Touch)

Changes :
- Added new retina skin and control layout (selectable).
- Added touch deadzone selector.
- Added Wii classic stick deadzone value selector (upper 4 controller going crazy).
- Added 8/16/auto color depth selector (8/auto bpp fix some games with missing sprites).
