Ok if anybody wants to know how to run it i maged to pull it thru somehow
on Jpcsp launcher use 240 xmx size and enable "use median engine" option(go to options/configuration/misc)also enable "only GE grapichs" and "use sharders" (again options/configuration/video) and now you can run the game sucesfuly (at least i can)
