I have the same problem as Cloud_S and I'm running Win7Pro x64. I've run 1.3.0.2-1.3.0.4 and all of them crash. disabling my AV(Norton antivirus 2011) and FW (Comodo 5) doesn't make a difference.

Using Compatibly Settings such as 'run as admin', XPSP2/XPSP3 mode, Vista/VistaSP1/VistaSP2 mode or any other setting is also useless.
