Like I said just download the latest build, install sonic stage, open up jpcsp, go to configuration, and enable the decode with sonic stage option and the media engine in the media tab. It should work, and before you ask the BGM does not loop.
Maybe, just maybe, the emulator will not lag if the computer is running icore7 with the most resent gtx graphic card but it would really surprise me if it would make a difference. For the audio files, i didnt test yet but i found the option you were talking about lol..why dint i see it sooner
