The Intel® HD Graphics 3000 is a weak video card (its actually a video card that comes with the CPU so its basic as basic can get) , the card was never intended for 3d gaming, you should upgrade to a dedicated video card if you want to have gaming capabilities, preferably nvidia since it has better opengl support, though seeing how its a laptop it may or may not have an upgrade option.
