Build -> Clean Solution and then Build -> Rebuild Solution. If that does not help, re-clone the repository. If that does not help, reinstall VS2015 (RTM this time.)
Does rpcs3 work for win7 now?

i managed to get it somehow to work, but... it builds now about 2-3 times slower than usual

Recompiler crashes a lot. It's known problem. Hard to fix.
