Does your webcam maybe have different modes or resolutions? It seems to capture images in the color mode YUYV422 which is not supported by Xuggle...

Could you log again with r3358, I've added additional information. Maybe I could implement the image conversion missing in Xuggle.

I've tried to implement the conversion from YUYV422 to BGR24 in r3363, but I was not able to test it. Could you try it and post a screenshot?
