if i Enable all the disable all audio options i can get past the first menu to new game , but after that its just a black screen (but i think its doing something, after about 1 minute it says you have game over retry) so maybe just a graphic issue

Menus and ingame graphics also fixed.
Unfortunately same ingame issue - when trying to move - falls down through textures.
"Chariot Races" mode partially works.

When media engine is Enabled game will just stop with a black screen (Tried toggling ge modes, software mode, and shaders to no avail)

When media engine is Disabled , game starts and gets to the menu, and in-game, the character no longer falls through the map! so game is basically playable as long as the media engine is off.
(resizing the window bigger then 1x will cause a zoom effect when Saving GE screen to Textures instead of memory is enabled as you can see in the main menu screenshot, resized back to 1x for the rest.)

Prince of Persia: Revelations have same issues with Media Engine, Resize/Fullscreen (but, there is one interesting exception: resize/fullscreen mode works ok, except menu background/episodes with Dahaka).
