JPCSP Launcher [v1.8.0.4]
(09-22-2012, 07:58 AM)bstei23 Wrote: Hyakki, i`m having problems with your launcher. It seems that when it is run on a USB or removable device it doesn't play the game i ask it to. This has only happened with the most recent version of jpcsp. I hope you can fix it. Thanks in advance.

Hm, I just tried on my 2GB usb stick and it seemed to work, do you have it in the same directory as jpcsp?

Windows doesn't like to keep handles open on removable devices so they can be removed quickly without having to use 'safely remove hardware' icon, so that could potentially cause glitches, if I can reproduce it i'll look into it, but so far it works on my external hdd and usb drive.

when you say it doesn't play the game, what actually happens in detail? maybe hyakki can better determine what could be wrong.

V1.7.0.8 Update 2 [9-29-2012]
-Minor bug fix for the launcher's compress log to zip feature, when Jpcsp is compiled with Ant 1.8.4, sometimes an extra space would be added to revision number in the jar causing it to break apart the final zip filename.
(updated archive in first post)

Glad with the update. Big Grin Maybe you could also include crypto tab? It's a little crammed already, though, not sure where you could put it.

Sure, I might add it in 1.7.0.9, not sure if I'd put all the options in under crypto, but we'll see Smile, I'm still thinking of other ideas for the next version, without making it overly complex.

I have a suggestion.

I noticed that a user can save jpcsp settings as a profile, but it doesn't include the launcher and advanced java settings. maybe you could include that.

and if that's in place, maybe profiles that work for each particular game(submitted by community or testers) can be included there out of the box? i know there's a lot of games out there, and settings might be dependent on actual hardware they're using...

you know what? never mind... lol
