Problem opening v.5 64bit

I downloaded from the link provided in the forum, unpacked the file into its own folder in C: clicked on the bat file and a black screen flashed in the corner. Tried to click the jar file like ive done with the older releases (first found on emulator zone yesterday) and still nothing happens.

Ive reinstalled JRE already, Ive got windows 7 64bit with hardware specs better than whats required. Should I get this working with forum help, my end result is going to be getting Crisis core FFVII to run.

you're suppose to open the bat file, but the black screen(Dos window) is required to open JPCSP. Make sure JRE is up to date
