Experimental gamepad support in r2047
#21
I have a Saitek PS1000 Dual Analog pad. If I set PSP analog to the left analog stick on the pad, jpcsp will not respond to it. However it will respond to horizontal axis of the right stick with that configuration.

Could you post a log file at INFO level?

These 2 are fixed in r2052.

It could benefit keyboard users as well, but is especially useful to gamepad users who usually have their hands farther away from the mouse.
Thanks for the proposal! It is now implemented in r2055 Smile

Here is the INFO log and settings. I suspect the problems are caused by polish names of axis (which happen to contain polish characters). I could try to switch the pad to PS3 mode and use MotionJoy, but had some weird issues with another pad after using that software.

That's excellent! I saw the post a few hours ago and was very eagerly waiting to get to my PC. It's great being able to sit back and play without having to use the mouse--other than start-up, of course.

I'll try to r2055 and see what happens.
Please post a log file at INFO level and your Settings.properties.

Could you test again on r2056? Redefine all your controls for your pad. Jpcsp is now avoiding to store the national name (polish names) in Settings.properties.
