It looks like this game has invalid relocations in BOOT.BIN. Could you try with r2517, it will use the EBOOT.BIN instead of the BOOT.BIN?

using r 3168
developers screens and movies are black screens but you can hear the sound
software rendering doesn't fix them
music on the title screen is all messed up and scratchy
