So for a few revisions, some bug with video playback made the game skip it in the same way as Disgaea 3 (They pretty much use the same engine) which gave you a horribly broken main menu, and soon thereafter a crash probably due to gcm errors and cellSyncQueue. If you try with one of those old versions it takes about as long as Disgaea 3 to reach the menu (but the frame rate doesn't update).
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

Just want to notice, that took me a while to get ingame, it's very unstable.

If run with latest build that with cellPamf break fix , can still go in-game?

Yep because when video play , audio decode return error and pause.
I'm testing using another region which is NPUB-31320 , it cannot enter main menu with cellPamf blocked.
