Just for the record, "a Pentium" could still be a dual core Haswell at 4.5 ghz or something like that. (Still really fast for poorly threaded applications) You need to specify the model number people.
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

(you can easily check you cpu model in "Sytem") (09-18-2014, 09:19 PM)Darkriot Wrote:(09-18-2014, 09:12 PM)ZeCoxao Wrote: just out of curiosity, Darkriot, did you use VS Ultimate update 2? i'm using update 3 and i get an error when running. To check VS version do as in the picture. I can't even compile in the version I have though...
Now about the recompiler, looks promising so far. Most games show only a very small improvement but some, like Doom are already a factor 10 faster. Please remember that this is still very unfinished, I would expect a lot of issues for now. Edit: The Disgaea 3 opening is 45-50 fps for me now, could possibly reach 60 on a fast desktop. Doesn't go in game though, which relates to what I just said about the recompiler being totally unfinished. Edit 2: Scogger is 100+ fps and also sounds perfect.
