Hmm, check, if "dev_hdd0\game\NPUB30186\USRDIR\EData.edat" is decrypted, and .rap (licence) key file is present in "dev_hdd0\home\00000001\exdata\". folder

This game does not like to run in 1080p, I get this at allways:

Other than that my tests were very similar here, reaching a maximum of 29 fps, and i noticed some differences between vulkan or opengl.
