Please help getting Railfan Taiwan running (no boot access violation error)
#11
It can be a regression. Try a 0.0.0.6 build then a 0.0.0.9
Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X, Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
Laptop: Intel i7 6700HQ, Intel HD 530, 2x8G 2133MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: FX-8350, R9 280X, 2x4G 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

Do you know where to get them, i wasn't able to find them on site.
I found a version 0.0.0.4 but that didn't work.

Edit:
Tested with version 0.0.0.6
At least i get a black screen now and not the grey one as before
Still getting an error and no booting, its different this time

Just making sure, wasn't it Railfan, and not Railfan Taiwan that was "working" way back in 2014 or whatever? I can get just Railfan to the main menu with only LLE libresc. Presumably some combination of video LLE modules will get that working as well.
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

The game that was working on the tube was Railfan indeed and my version is Railfan Taiwan, but I assumed since they both share the same technology Railfan Taiwan shood start to.
Could you please give me an idea of what lle module to try to get this working?
I will try with emu version 0.0.0.6 since that's the only one that tried to start the game and got to black screen without access error
Again a big Thanks to all of you for the help

Edit: just loaded the entire list of modules in 0.0.0.6 and still hang at black screen with same error as posted earlier for this version

It really looks like it won't be working for now I'm afraid. And the normal Railfan game never got in game either as far as I know.

Well then it's time to give up I suppose. Maybe in time the emu will work with the game since now it's still in early phase, either that or buy a ps3 to run that game on.

Many thanks for all the help Annie and ssshadow

Hello again. I hope someone is still following this thread. I could not just give up so i tried loading the game with different lle's as reported working in other threads for other games.
I have loaded the following libs plus a few more for vid dec.
- libac3dec.prx
- libac3dec2.prx
- libadec.prx
- libat3dec.prx
- libatrac3plus.prx
- libatxdec.prx
- libdmux.prx
- libdmuxpamf.prx
- libfont.prx
- libfontFT.prx
- libfreetype.prx
- libfreetypeTT.prx
- libl10n.prx
- libmvcdec.prx
- libpamf.prx
- librtc.prx
- libsail.prx
- libsjvtd.prx
- libsmvd2.prx
- libsmvd4.prx
- libspurs_jq.prx
- libsre.prx
- libsvc1d.prx
- libvdec.prx
Game is no longer giving access violation, or other error but its not starting either, i still have a white screen at the rendered window without any info. In process monitor RPCS3 seems to have 1 cpu core working at 80 %, but after 10 minutes it was still same without any other progress and not even a black screen on the rendered window.
SS and log rar atached : [Image: ve0kcz.jpg]

Still any chance to get this working? any LLE that i might have missed required?

You could try with the same list but without libvdec.

Really doesn't look like this one will work for now.
