Tested on recent master build v0.0.2-b70a1edb (PR #2503). Managed to load it once, but now it keeps crashing on loading again.

Tested on v.0.0.2-ac79654d, if you enable write color Buffers you can actually see the menu and if i run it using OpenGl it crashes when loading the stage, vulkan the same and D3D12 Doesn't show menu with write color Buffers enabled also crashes after selecting character.
Should be changed into playable? build v0.0.2-7-ec3a128 PPU Recompiler LLVM +SPU Interpreter(fast) + write color buffers+OpenGL seems to make the game work but a bit slower than the real thing around 38-50fps during gameplay.

Well is it playable? Does the game go into slow motion at low frame rate? Can you save and load? If you consider it playable then it is playable, this is very subjective.
