Bad Frame Drops and Audio Skips (Persona 5)
#1
I've been trying to run Persona 5 on both the latest main build and the one from the discord channel, but both seem to have bad frame drops (down to ~5-15fps) with terrible audio skipping.

I've attached my most recent log files from a couple of configurations I tried. I have an i5-3570K OC to ~4GHz and a gtx 1070 if that matters.

So far I've tried user ssshadow's "esoteric hack" of freezing SPU threads 0 3 5 at 0x80000. This makes the audio skips better, but they're still there.

Any suggestions?

Sure, that's understandable.

Cutscenes will lag for now, it's normal. Pausing threads in specific combinations for cutscenes may help.

It's normal you won't get stable 30fps in the game itself too, further enhancements need to be done.
