Need some great help from a professional I have the latest Java, installed latest Xuggler.

Have you tried to install xuggle xuggler?

Whenever I run them it looks like it starting up but then disappears. Only the 64x bit works for me but guess what Xuggler doesn't have a 64 bit

Xuggler does indeed not work for 64x, so you will have issues with sound that may cause hiccups and some sound will not be heard at all.
