JPCSP works on Net/Notebook?

I´m asking it because I can´t find much information about gpu from my netbook. The netbook is a HP dm1-3250br and it´s config:

AMD E-350 1.6mhz dual-core
2gb ram ddr3
ATI Radeon HD6310

I don´t know which desktop gpu is equivalent. Someone help me?

It'll 'work', but don't expect playable fps.

About the same that I have (my GPU is more powerful though) on my netbook, so yes, it will work. No, you can't expect good FPS but it depends how desperate you are.
