Video Settings

I am a new user, and I am don't know how to set the video options of the emulator.

What do those options stand for, and what should I choose if I prefer a faster processing speed instead of beautiful graphics?

Assume I have a really poor computer... (but please also tell me about the setting for a advance computer...)

Save GE To texture is usually a speed boost and Only GE is a speed boost in some games and a slowdown in others. The others can lower speeds.
