I downloaded the JPCSP and put it in main directory i opened it up from there and put in the same values as you showed in the pic on 1st page, but I have no clue where the options is that i see in your next 2 pics

ok so im pretty sure i followed the procedure step by step and still cant get past the grey fuz screen :S i downloaded the version r1563 aswell. my pc is easily in spec for this to work my os is windows 7

P.S fuzzy screen goes away when you turn on media engine.

With rev 1812 I get an error jogl.dll missing. Probably cuss of the migration to LWJGL.
