Probably, since the encryption scheme is the same for EBOOT's and PRX's (they're all ~PSP tagged files).

Yes, except "~SCE" before "~PSP" tag, which needs to be removed (anything before ~PSP tag) to make PRXDecrypter able to decrypt module file. Also i'm noticed some work required to get this external game modules supported by JPCSP.
