Could you post a log, on the crash scene?

I merged your post into the game thread, this is where to post game related issues.

We don't support piracy here, questions about downloaded or illegally obtained games is against the rules and no help will be given for that kind of activity.

Okay, I get stuck in the 3rd map on Chapter 1. No errors or anything displayed in the console. I'm currently tweaking the settings for possible solutions.

I don't want to change Maximum method size(50) because that's what made the game run at full speed. I'll post updates when I get through.

EDIT:

FOUND IT! Culprit was Sonicstage decoding. I disabled that and everything is a-okay. Although that means no ambient sounds(jungle effects) but hell I can live with that. Unfortunately, without sonicstage decoding, it looks like there aren't any files for Soundforge(monoatrac3+ tool) to decode and play either. =( EDIT: I discovered there are a lot of sounds you miss with Sonicstage decoding disabled. You won't be able to hear the conversations on the cutscenes. A workaround of course would be to just watch the cutscene, it does have subtitles, sort of. Or you can watch the scene again from the Cutscenes in the Mission screen. You can safely activate Sonicstage if just for that purpose. Otherwise, I can doubly verify, enabling Sonicstage decoding screws up this game when you're in missions.

MESSAGE TO DEVS: I'm not sure if Sonicstage itself is the problem(I did research on it and it's an old thing, with next to no options to play with) or if it's the actual "linking" of JPCSP to Sonicstage. You might want to work on this. And if there were some errors I reported on the console, I would gladly report it. Maybe there's another way to "log" what actually happens. If there is, please let me know what I should do and which file to send you guys. Thanks. Big Grin

It looks like the game doesn't stall at all anymore. I just made it through the boss stage with a personnel carrier and a group of goons. Only problem I see now is, the game strangely slows down to a crawl(around 8fps) on certain maps, then occasionally goes back to normal speed of 30fps without really understanding why. I'm still tweaking the settings to find the optimal setup.
