Can we accept this as loadable when emu show black screen with 0 fps and when you push many times on resume it show some fps ?

no its not loadable, unless there are some textures showing in the rsx debugger

It is considered loadable:

Just tried the last build and it shows something new. It's blinking frame with white rectangle and it's shaking when press x than it's freezing.

Menu for SH2 with v0.0.0.6-218. Keys doesn't work. Can't choose a new game.
