Does rpcs3 work for win7 now?

Build -> Clean Solution and then Build -> Rebuild Solution. If that does not help, re-clone the repository. If that does not help, reinstall VS2015 (RTM this time.)

Community edition should work fine for compiling RPCS3.

i managed to get it somehow to work, but... it builds now about 2-3 times slower than usual Undecided and the recompiler crashes everything, not sure if only mine problem or everyone elses

Try updating to the official community edition instead of ctp, if you're still using it. Also make sure you have CMake 3.1.0+.

Recompiler crashes a lot. It's known problem. Hard to fix.
