1. Please read the FAQ.
2. As you probably read, RPCS3 doesn't support commercial games.
3. RPCS3 doesn't currently support loading games directly from a game disc.
4. You need to have a disc drive capable of reading a Blu-Ray discs to RIP off the game files from the disc and then put them in /dev_hdd0/game/ for RPCS3 to be able to find them and run them. (You can also run them from another location, but that isn't recommended)

It's most likely that you don't have a disc device capable of reading Blu-Ray disks.

Lol, where does this myth come from? It's totally opposite, it's not recommended to put them in /dev_hdd0/game/ because it may conflict with further gamedata installation.

I have a Blu-Ray reader in my PC, do you know a good way to RIP them? I googled it but all I found seems to have virus, and I'm afraid of virus Sad

I don't personally know much about ripping them. I'd assume they're most likely encrypted.

Speaking of, I heard that the algorythm to decrypt games was known but is there currently a way of decrypting a game on a computer alone, or do we still need a ps3 system with CFW ?

You cannot get decryption keys because common BD drives cannot read some special area of BD disc, which isn't a part of disc image. The simplest way is to put ripped disc contents in a distinct folder, and select it in Boot/Boot game.
