I commented over at the github issue related to this (#1463) at https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/issues/1463
There's also a simillar issue at #1466 - https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/issues/1466

Seems like we have to wait for a fix now xD

Really weird I am using latest build and only LLE i have enabled are libavcdec CellFiber cellSpursJq cellSre and libvdec and Steins Gate 0 works just fine.

What's your graphics card and what's the build number?
There were/are some issues regarding AMD cards and rpcs3 video output, mine is one.

Ah I am using a GTX 760. I did confirm that we are both using BLJM61303

Well I've tested with only those LLE modules on in 4112 and it sometimes boots the game now.
I was trying with the other modules the other guy said back in the topic and it wasn't working for me (I'm still getting 0x3c6 and 0x6f8 random errors, sometimes it boots, sometimes it doesn't)
However, I get stuck at the same part where I did in the video I already made for the topic, after kurisu holding okabe the screen goes black and nothing more than the audio is outputting. I can't get into the actual game.
Does your intro movie play out normally? Before the menu screen. The one who starts with "This is a selection of Steins;Gate". It barely plays here at all.
I'll try to make a video.

@Edit: I hope this helps with debugging

1080p 60FPS @ 2000kbits
(The lag (audio/movie) in the intro movie scene is the same I get with OBS off. The audio lag I get in the menu and after starting new game is due to OBS, nothing to worry about)

What I did to get passed it is as soon as it starts to transition into the video scene just press the L key on your keyboard and it will skip right passed it into the game, and no the intro video plays slow for me I just skip the video scenes by pressing L

Just tried that and sadly it doesn't do anything (I know it was supposed to skip the video showing the worldline counter). The screen stays black, just outputting the audio :/
I'll wait a few build releases from rpcs3 and test again whenever I see a commit that possibly helps it.
I can't understand why it is working for other people using the exact same settings, weird.

You could try making sure you have the original files, and that nothing is modified.
You could try resetting the config (then redoing the settings) and deleting the whole RPCS3 folder(s) to completely reset the folder structure.
Could try also making sure you have the admin rights.

I'm having the exact same issue (Using a Nvidia 780 ti, maybe it's something Nvidia driver related?). I have done all of above and sadly none of those have solved the black screen issue.

I wasn't able to get past the black screen after the stabbing scene until I re-encoded the video like MrComputerRevo did. If I recall correctly the video that plays then is imv008.usm.

I can't manage to pack the video and audio files back to .usm with the ScaleForm VideoEncoder :/
Is there any other program to do it?

The files aren't modified, I did already extract the .usm files to a separate folder and the videos/audios work opening with a video player after recompiling, so I know they're there.
I've already resetted the config once, but I'll try that again.
I have the rpcs3.exe set to always "Execute as admin" in the file properties.

I managed to do it! (Sorry for the double post so quickly one after the other)

Here's how:
I swapped out imv008.usm with a copy of intro.usm because I supposed it would play the intro movie instead of the one that wasn't playing. And it worked.
For those are you with the same black screen issue, try this. Then, press L when the video starts playing and it will hopefully skip you into game.
(PS: Before doing that I re-extracted the game and tested with it to make sure everything was in its original state, wouldn't work, I extracted all the modules from the firmware update that comes with the game and decrypted them (the tool only allows to do it one by one so it took a bit of time xD, also wouldn't work))

This game could be moved into Half Playable and possibly Playable, I don't know if changing one small .usm movie file counts as a "hack" to make the game work.
I'll try to play it as far as I can, and make a small video just demonstrating it works.
